SGV is a sales management system for automakers. The system passes the real-time positioning of vehicle distribution, billed lists for dealerships, controls the stock, additional orders, etc.. It was developed using Java J2EE and Progress technologies.

The system is based on Web technology with instantaneous updates and no need to purchase licenses for devides. Only a browser (Internet browser such as Internet Explorer) is required.

About Toyota – On January 23, 1958, Toyota Motor Corporation opened an office in the city center of Sao Paulo, named Toyota Brazil Industria e Comercio Ltda. Eleven months later, the company started its activities as a carmaker with the installation of the first Brazilian plant, in the Ipiranga neighborhood.

SVD is a direct sales operation and management system for automakers. The application controls the direct sales made by dealerships, enabling the monitoring of the order from the beginning until its tracking. It was developed using Java J2EE and Progress technologies.

SOS is a help desk system that manages the entire flow of a service call. The system controls the calls from the moment they’re opened until they end. It has a SLA definition module, parameterization for emails receipt, statistical reports, and others. It was developed using Java J2EE and SQL Server technologies.

This consulting work was done to design a call center solution for Toyota. The solution involves answering calls for assistance, suggestions, complaints, questions and survey on the company’s service.

The valuation of customer relationships is a very important point for a company because satisfying them guarantees good returns. It may be maintained through various means: letter, email, telephone, fax and several others depending on customer preference. When the call demand starts to grow, a system that facilitates its managing becomes necessary.

Throughout the consultancy other needs that were not being met were detected. Some features were not in compliance with the company’s wishes. Thus, the need to develop another system to meet the needs of Toyota arose. CBD (Toyota Call Center), a client relationship web system, developed with Java J2EE and Oracle technologies was then created.

SACCES (Strategic Actual Cost Calculation & Evaluation System) is designed to map out the items of cost of production of a piece in the Toyota plant in Brazil. The cost can be direct – actual amount spent for a certain piece – or indirect, calculated from a pre-defined assessment in the TMC methodology. It was developed using Java J2EE and Oracle technologies.

The system has an interface that is friendly to the primary user without becoming tiresome to the more experienced ones. It uses common elements of Web systems such as text fields, combo boxes, buttons and links.

The sales area of Toyota Brazil lacked a Web channel for direct relationship between customers, the network and the sales team. In this scenario, it was noted that there was a need for the development and deployment of a collaborative portal for the direct sales team: the Toyota VD. The system was developed with the Django Python and PostgreSQL technologies.

Direct sales clients of 7 segments were included to the portal: Diplomatic Corps, taxi drivers, rental agencies, fleet owners, the government, rural producers and PPD. The portal can provide independent online management, price lists, sales policies, benefits by segment and products suggested by segment. In addition to forwarding leads, opportunity management, schedule control, online survey, etc..

Its main feature is that it concentrates all the information in one communication channel for both the internet public and the internal audience. Thus all operation related to direct sales channel is centralized.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a 2Know corporate client management system. The system manages customer information in order to increase sales. Moreover, it stores strategic customer information, such as purchase history, names of contacts, profile, role assignment, among others. It was developed using Java J2EE and Oracle technologies.

The system works as a consultant agenda, making it posible to relate their daily activities to customers already stored in the database. Thus one does not lose the history of contacts between consultant and client. There is also the email marketing feature in which it’s possible to filter clients using parameters and shoot promotional emails.

Fleet Control is a system made to control the fleet, used by the carmaker’s administration to manage and organize vehicle solicitations. With this system, the entire Toyota fleet is controlled through: fuel usage, real vehicle usage, fines, maintenance services, claim entries, tax and insurance consultancies, consultations on expanses and patrimony consolidation. TMON is essentially a system for monitoring Toyota’s network. It can identify any flaws on Toyota’s network on routers, servers. Monitoring machines and doors is a task that, when performed manually, takes up a lot of Toyota team’s time.   • Monitor devices more easily, using a new layout that favors this activity;
