Project: Retail is Detail – Retail Environment Scoring System
The “Retail is Detail” project is a worldwide platform that allows evaluating the appearance of the stores that distribute and sell Hunter Douglas Window Covering Products. The goal of developing this platform is to standardize the appearance of dealers and stores, and promote the brand internationally.
This platform includes a mobile app for the development of store evaluations (using
offline/online synchronization), and also a web platform that allows different users to manage content and evaluations in multiple languages, schedule evaluations, analyze evaluations results by store, develop action plans, and visualize reports and performance indicators.
Different executives participated in the definition and validation of this project, including the COO (Chief Operating Officer), Commercial Managers and Directors from North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
