Agence has developed for Nextel a Content Information Portal in support of customer service.
This Portal is used by the Nextel Call Center team, with high availability to support 2500 points of customer service.

A solution used for a WordPress platform to meet the need for a manageable content, and delivery includes dynamic items such as Home page and menu structure, gaining agility to include and query information.

We use as a basis for the development: WordPress Content Publishing Framework – PHP and MariaDB database.
Nextel is a mobile operator in Brazil.
