Agence has developed an information bulk upload portal for the Walmart client, in order to provide the user with a better experience in the flow of this information and access to a detailed, accurate and timely complete history related to the information that was loaded.

Product Safety area, in terms of product safety, was looking to have a systemic tool that allows data bulk upload and in a simple way for the certificates required by the auditing entities associated with products.

They wanted to improve the identification of errors when they upload certificates as well as improve the experience during the loading process.

This area did not have a system with the flexibility and facility of necessary uses for the bulk upload of information generated on the user’s work. Also the system was not able to add or replace information to a product that was previously loaded.
