SAPP – System to Monitor Educational Projects was created to meet the needs of the director of Academic Planning, aiming to optimize the processes of the sector, automate the flux of purchases for the institution’s collection and enable the improvement of the academic information management. This is vital to the viability of the company’s projected growth in the following years.

The system, developed in PHP and Oracle, is accessed by internal employees of the Educational Development Department, Department of Libraries and Institutional Publications, Secretaries and the whole faculty of the institution (professors, coordinators, course supervisors).

The architecture is based on Web technology, with instantaneous updates exempt from purchases of licenses for computers. One only needs a browser to access it.
