FEBRABAN – Brazilian Federation of Banks – is a non-profit association that seeks the representativeness of the Brazilian banking sector with the objective of strengthening the financial system and its relations with society, as well as contributing to the economic and social development of the country.

Agence was responsible for mapping the actions carried out on the current portal through the Content Analytics and Heat maps tools. With the data acquired, a new disposition of items was proposed for a new layout of the site, as well as the use of strategic concepts of SEO and UX with the objective of improving the user navigation experience, improving usability, access to information and incorporation of new features (example: content management, accessibility, electronic library and English language version). Aiming at increasing the number of accesses and increasing the average time of staying in site, as well as reducing the current rejection rate, in order to strengthen the portal as the institutional communication channel of the Brazilian banking sector.

Social Media and Branding consultancies were the essence of the analysis of the target audience of the site, as well as the construction of Swot analysis and tactics of valorization and modernization of the brand ‘s visual identity.

Workflow and governance standards have been defined for publications in the new FEBRABAN portal and the Contact us channel. All activities carried out have parameters established and agreed to service levels (SLA).

Development of Management System for Banking Autoregulation, on the Web platform.
Febraban, in its Banking Autoregulation System, developed its activities related to measurement and supervision using tools such as e-mail, Excel and Power Point, which resulted in: low level of automation, high level of paper printing and great effort in data collection, consolidation and control, and production/validation of analyzes.

Identifying the need for improvements in its process, Agence developed a web system with the purpose of automating the internal procedures involved in the production of Annual Supervision Reports, looking for:

– Reduce the operational effort undertaken in the calculation of each bank’s unit data, consolidating the sector’s vision, producing and giving out the Annual Supervision Reports.
– Reduce print spending on paper reports.
– Promote greater dissemination of the results in the I.F.’s.
