Torpedo Enterprises is a system for generating short-message (mobile messages) and maintaining user accounts that receive and send these messages (SMS). The system was developed with Java Servlets, PHP and Oracle technologies.

The system is based on Web technology with instantaneous updates and no need to purchase licenses for each device. Only a browser (Internet browser such as Internet Explorer) is required.

Vivo SA provides mobile telephony, fixed telephony, broadband internet and cable TV in Brazil.

NaiNet is a customer service system through extranet, where mobile company resellers aims to access more services. NaiNet was developed with ASP and Oracle technologies.

The system is based on Web technology with instantaneous updates and there is no need to purchase licenses for devices. Only a browser (Internet browser such as Internet Explorer) is required.

About 1,000 dealers operate the system and provide services that were previously exclusive to Vivo stores. A very low investment compared to the return generated by the comfort of the resellers’ service to customers anywhere in the country.

The PIV System – Sales Incentive Program – controls the granting of incentive compensation to store supervisors, telecommunications services attendants, consultants and commercial resellers, and outsourced consultants who achieve, together with their respective sales channel and operators, pre-established marketing goals.

Employees are divided into two groups:

  • Corporate stores: business consultants, attendants and supervisors stores.
  • Resellers: consultant resellers.

The Business Directory defines the standards for service providers.

The Board of Business sets the goals for operators, who will redefine them for their sales channels, who will then redefine them for the employees.
